About the Candidate
A Neighbor. Not a Politician.
Byron Haynes is a licensed Real Estate Advisor with over a decade of experience serving families across Tarrant County — and a candidate who knows the appraisal system from the inside out.
Meet Byron Haynes
Byron Haynes is a licensed Real Estate Advisor with over a decade of experience serving families across Tarrant County, having conducted more than 1,000 property valuations and represented over 100 families in buying, selling, and building wealth through real estate.
Byron has also built and remodeled homes throughout Tarrant County — giving him firsthand, ground-level knowledge of construction costs, property values, and what actually goes into a home's worth. It's the kind of practical experience most appraisal board members simply don't have.
Byron believes that capitalism works best when it works for everyone, not just the well-connected. Rooted in the belief that economic access and financial literacy are the foundation of generational wealth, he sees real estate ownership as one of the most powerful tools a family has to build and pass down equity.
That's why he's running for Tarrant Appraisal District Board of Directors, Place 1 — to bring transparency, fairness, and accountability to a process that directly affects every homeowner's financial future.
